SKANAG Scholarship & Youth Development Programs

The St. Kitts and Nevis Association of Georgia (SKANAG) is committed to strengthening our community by investing in education and youth development.

Through our scholarship and student support initiatives, we aim to empower students of Kittitian and Nevisian heritage, both within the diaspora and in St. Kitts and Nevis, to achieve their academic goals and reach their full potential.

Our programs are designed to support students at different stages of their educational journey from primary school to higher education, with a focus on academic achievement, character, and community impact.

By providing financial assistance and encouragement, we are helping to develop future leaders, professionals, and engaged citizens who will contribute to the continued growth and advancement of our community.

We aim to assist students who demonstrate academic potential, strong character, and a desire to give back to their community.

Scholarship Overview

The SKANAG Scholarship is open to students of St. Kitts and Nevis heritage who are currently pursuing higher education.

Selected recipients will receive a scholarship award to assist with educational expenses. Selected recipients will receive a one-time scholarship award of USD $500 to assist with college tuition.

SKANAG Primary School Achievement Award

SKANAG College Scholarship Program

The St. Kitts and Nevis Association of Georgia (SKANAG) Primary School Achievement Award is a community-focused initiative designed to support and uplift students in St. Kitts and Nevis as they transition from primary to secondary school.

This program reflects SKANAG’s ongoing commitment to giving back and investing in the next generation, particularly students who demonstrate promise, resilience, and need additional support to continue their educational journey.

Our Purpose

The Primary School Achievement Award is intended to:

• Support underprivileged students during a critical transition in their education

• Reduce the financial burden associated with entering secondary school

• Encourage academic effort, good character, and perseverance

• Strengthen SKANAG’s impact within local communities in St. Kitts and Nevis

Award Overview

Each year, two students from each participating primary schools. One boy and one girl will be selected to receive this award.

Recipients are students who are graduating from primary school and preparing to enter secondary school. Each selected student will receive a one-time award of USD $250, which is intended to assist with essential uniforms and school supplies.
